Reimagined a Legacy Italian Beauty Brand for Today’s Consumer

Rebuilt brand strategy for Borghese, conducting workshops, competitive analysis, and consumer/cultural research to define a modern positioning rooted in the brand’s Italian heritage. Partnered on creative development for a refreshed identity system, redesigned packaging, and a global launch campaign shot in Italy with supermodel Mariacarla Boscono and photographer/director Christian Weber.

The revitalized brand returned to market with a modern point of view, clear strategic direction, and renewed relevance.
